I believe that healing starts at home, which is why I’ve developed a comprehensive approach to trauma treatment that’s rooted in compassion and understanding. My Trauma Treatment Package is designed to give you the tools you need to heal at your own pace, with lifetime access to online resources, a workbook full of transformation activities, and exclusive group coaching sessions where we can connect and grow together.

Beyond my work in trauma treatment, I founded ReCapturing the Vision (RTV), a nonprofit dedicated to breaking generational cycles that hold families back. Our programs have empowered countless children and families, and I bring that same dedication to every individual I work with.

I hold degrees in Psychology and Education, but what really drives me is my commitment to making a positive impact on your life. I live in sunny Miami, FL, with my wonderful husband and our two amazing sons, and I can’t wait to help you start your healing journey.
